NGL provides an in-depth online course for new managers and leaders in your company! The NGL 15 course program is divided into 3 tracks consisting of 3-6 online lessons that can be accomplished in 90 minutes or less each month. The course is designed to provide course participants the flexibility to proceed at their own pace and schedule. Each month, participants also attend a 90-minute review course administered virtually by a representative from Next Generation Leaders to further discuss and solidify application of the key concepts learned in the previous module in their daily activities.
